MERS CALMES (Édition limitée à 9 exemplaires)

L’inspiration de Jonathan : « Calmer Seas » a été développée rapidement, d’une idée à un dessin, puis à une séance photo. Je savais simplement qu’il y avait un moyen d’intégrer la mer dans la robe d’une sorte de silhouette flottante. Je venais de déménager près de la mer, je visitais souvent la côte, et il est devenu inévitable que je commence bientôt à travailler sur la sculpture. Non seulement j’avais maintenant l’inspiration, mais aussi une référence infinie, particulièrement les jours où la mer était calme et semblait se fondre dans le ciel. Je voulais que ma silhouette encapsule ces moments où nos vies sont dans des eaux plus calmes et où, au moins pour un temps, nous pouvons nous détendre et ne faire qu’un avec notre environnement.
