Ben Rousseau
Design Sculpture | Light & Form | Drama & Precision
Ben Rousseau is a British designer and creative force whose work transforms lighting, furniture, and sculptural forms into narratives of drama and elegance. Trained in Product and Industrial Design, his journey began with sculpted maquettes and stage design - today he leads an award-winning London-based studio celebrated for pieces that fuse emotion with cutting-edge materials and technique.
At the heart of his practice is a love for sci-fi and automotive design - passions that shape his bold aesthetic and relentless drive to innovate. Whether reimagining the iconic Bubble Chair or creating kinetic timepieces like Tempus, Ben infuses each object with presence, precision, and unforeseen delight.
His installations appear in worlds as varied as the V&A, London Olympics, Grand Palais in Paris, and Sweden’s Ice Hotel, with recognition from Chelsea Flower Show (Gold), Elle Decoration, Darc, and IDFX as a “designer to watch”. His audience spans global collectors and luxury collaborators - all drawn by his union of visual theatre and tactile elegance.
Every Ben Rousseau piece invites you into a story - an object that doesn’t just light or sit in a space, but performs within it: Beautiful, Bold, and Unforgettable.
