Jack Savage creates bold, boundary-blurring works that fuse photography, painting, and digital manipulation into a visual language all his own. Drawing from the worlds of Film Noir, Afro-Futurism, criminology, and ’80s street art, his images are sharp, graphic, and unapologetically surreal - challenging the viewer to look deeper, question more, and never take what they see at face value.
Influenced by cinema and the unconscious mind, Savage’s work flickers between past and future - visceral, raw, and rich with narrative. His compositions often pull the viewer into alternate realities where cultural memory, politics, identity, and dream logic collide. Each piece becomes a visual conversation - not just to be viewed, but confronted.
A multi-award-winning British artist with over 100 international accolades to his name, Jack holds an MA in American Studies and Film from the University of Nottingham. He lives and works in Northampton, where he also runs his own gallery, and has exhibited globally - from Milan and Tokyo to Beverly Hills and Budapest. His evolving practice reflects an artist constantly pushing the edge of his own imagination.
