Knox Field is part of a new generation of British sculptors who combine traditional craftsmanship with a personal, contemporary edge. Raised in the South Downs and mentored from a young age, he honed his technique at Lockbund Foundry - mastering the process of casting, welding, and patination before stepping out with his own practice.

His work focuses on animals, both domestic and wild, with commissions ranging from lifelike portraits to imagined beasts. Whether sculpting a dog for a private collector or developing public works, Knox approaches each piece with sensitivity, technical precision, and an eye for character. He works closely with clients - often travelling to observe his subjects firsthand - to create pieces that feel deeply personal and enduring.

Now exhibiting across the UK and entering the realm of large-scale public commissions, Knox is an artist to watch - driven by a desire to capture the natural world, and a commitment to doing it justice in bronze.
