Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

All pieces are dispatched directly from the artist’s studio or approved location. Artisan Collective does not hold stock, ensuring authenticity and a direct connection between the artisan and the collector.

Key Information:

• As artwork varies in size, weight, materials, and fragility, delivery costs are quoted individually,  either pre- or post-sale
• Simply provide your delivery details, and we’ll confirm the cost promptly
• International orders may be subject to customs duties
• Tracking is provided where available
• Each artist’s delivery terms are reflected in our own to ensure a consistent and transparent process
