FERRARI F40 (Limited Edition)

Srini Gandra creates automotive art inspired by the styling models, aerodynamic studies and design language behind the world’s most iconic cars. Forme di Velocità series explores these shapes through the eyes of a designer and the heart of a collector - stripping away the detail to reveal the pure form, character and emotion of the automobile.

Created as the final Ferrari personally approved by Enzo Ferrari, the F40 represents an uncompromising expression of performance and purpose. Its low, wedge-shaped profile, exposed aerodynamic surfaces and unmistakable rear wing create a silhouette defined by function rather than ornament. Every intake, crease and contour was shaped with speed in mind, giving the F40 a raw, mechanical beauty that has made it one of the most enduring icons of Ferrari design.

The sculpture is not intended to be merely a scale model, but an expression of the pure soul of the car. Each sculpture is carefully hand-sanded and refined before being finished and painted to the collector’s specification. This example is presented in Rosso Corsa, but can be customised to collectors specifications.
