Yoni Alter
Multimedia Artist | Colour, Form & Playful Meaning
Yoni Alter is a London-based multimedia artist whose work bridges the worlds of graphic design and contemporary art. With a bold, saturated palette and an irrepressible energy, his practice spans prints, sculpture, public installations, digital media, and branded collaborations.
Originally from a suburb of Tel Aviv, Yoni studied at the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem before completing his MA in Graphic Design at the University of the Arts London. His visual language merges figurative motifs with abstract gestural forms, Pop Art influences, and playful semiotics. London’s vibrant architecture and urban pulse inform much of his output, delivering compositions that are sharp in shape and joyous in colour.
Yoni has collaborated with iconic global brands - creating designs for Hermès, Karl Lagerfeld, and Tate - and his art has appeared on double-decker buses, LED trees in Wembley, and 25-metre banners in Shoreditch. His pieces have featured in high-profile exhibitions from Kemistry Gallery in London to international shows across Paris, Bangkok, and New York.
Whether in vivid sculpture, large-format prints, or urban displays, Yoni invites viewers to smile - to pause at something bright, bold, and thoughtfully unpredictable.
