Hand-cut vinyl applied to artboard. This is No.3 in the 80’s aesthetics series. The piece looked into retro Americana imagery - the type of which anyone born in the 70’s was exposed to on TV - but with an added twist of European style.
By mixing those iconic US aesthetics with a French car and model, the piece aimed to capture many childhood influences.
