APPLE - 150cm (Mirror-Polished Stainless Steel)

In mirror-polished stainless steel, James Parker’s Apple becomes both sculptural form and reflective surface. Familiar and immediately recognisable, the work carries a calm, resolved presence while absorbing and re-presenting the world around it. 

Created through a cold-forming process, each Apple is shaped with precision and restraint. The polished surface captures sky, foliage, architecture and movement, allowing the sculpture to change constantly with its setting, light and weather.

Outdoors, the work sits confidently within gardens, terraces and architectural landscapes, creating a striking focal point among planting, stone, water and open space. Indoors, the same reflective quality becomes more intimate, drawing furniture, artworks and architectural details into the curved form.
