SAN MAI NAKIRI: GRAPHITE NAKIRI (Commission)

Nakiri made out of O1 Tool steel with a Spicy White core, a very pure carbon alloy that has been hardened to 65HRC. Integral Bolster gives it a great balance and a perfect chopper for your kitchen.

This original piece has now been sold, however commissions are available based on the same design and materials. Due to the nature of Damascus pattern welding, every blade develops its own distinctive layered pattern, ensuring each commission remains completely unique.
